• Contest Winner Cameo: During the chase in the Black Forest, two new Wesen can be seen, with special attention given to their woge. These are Wesen that were designed by Grimm fan Jessica A. Short for a contest held by the showrunners in celebration of the show's 100th episode. According to Short's notes, the Wesen is known as a Glødendødyret, which translates from Norwegian into "Glowing Death Beast." The official designation of the Wesen in the show, however, is the Punny Name "Wettbewerbsgewinner," or "Competition Winner."
