  • In response to a question asked by a reader, Orange Phoenix states that Stanford and Fiddleford are college buddies like in canon and the story diverges from it because Fiddleford and Stan made an alliance before Ford asked for Fiddleford's help.
  • Orange Phoenix says Fiddleford doesn't remember Ford well enough to figure out the latter's kinship to Stan but the physical similarities subconsciously made Fiddleford more likely to trust Stan.
