What Could Have Been: During his run as Tugboat, there were plans for him to take on the Iraqi sympathizer role and would be christened Sheik Tugboat and would have main evented with Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania VII. But that would be thrown out and Sgt. Slaughter would take on the role instead.
According to Bruce Prichard, Tugboat was planned to be the one who would take the World Heavyweight Title off of Ultimate Warrior.
