• Out of Order: On the original DVD release the "Liars, Guns, and Money" trilogy was put on disk 2 of volume 2.5. This allowed the entire story to be watched without having to switch disks. However this ended up putting it after the season finale, which was on disk 1. Watching the episodes in order would require watching "A Clockwork Nebari" on disk 1, switching to disk 2 for "Liars, Guns, and Money," and then switching back to disk 1 for "Die Me, Dichotomy." Later editions corrected this, and the episodes are on the disk in broadcast order.
