• Executive Meddling: A very odd example in that the "meddling" wasn't due to an executive but one of the original source materials. TheMaster4444 admits in Chapter 30 that Irene Belserion wasn't originally going to appear in the story since, despite his professed love of the character, there was no logical canonical reason they would be involved nor a great role for them to be involved in. Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest basically gift-wrapped him both of those and unintentionally set up them up to align with various themes in the work. You can practically hear the author's giddiness when he explains it in the note for the chapter.
