- All-Star Cast: In addition to Pierce Brosnan, Judi Dench, John Cleese and Richard Kiel reprising their roles from the movies, there's also supermodel Heidi Klum as the Bond Girl and Willem Dafoe playing the main villain.
- The Danza: Agent Mya Starling is played by R&B singer Mýa.
- The Other Darrin: Pierce Brosnan manages to be this for himself: his likeness was used in NightFire, but Bond was instead voiced by Maxwell Caulfield.
- Prop Recycling: The Rappel Gun, the Sleeper Dart Gun, and the Network Tap Gun all use the same model. One could easily assume that the same gun has three different modes, but it's more likely that the Rappel is its own thing, and the Sleeper Dart Gun can also fire Network Tap Darts.
- Release Date Change: The game was originally slated for a November 2003 release (a few early demos for the game advertised this release date, in fact). Only the GBA version ended up being released in that month, with all other versions being delayed to February 2004.
