  • Dummied Out:
    • The Alpha-3 Nimbus-class "V-Wing" Starfighter and Venator-class Star Destroyer (though both were included in FoC, only the Venator is controllable and only in Skirmish Mode as a bonus ship you can purchase from a Pirate Asteroid Base or Merchant Space Dock).
    • Petroglyph planned for Force of Corruption to have an ingame editor for custom Galactic Conquest maps, but it was scrapped. In a rare case of the dummied content still being plainly visible to the end user, the Custom Campaign button is still there on the Galactic Conquest menu, just greyed-out.
  • Role Reprise: Temuera Morrison reprises his role as Boba Fett from the 2004 special edition of The Empire Strikes Back. His voice set, unsurprisingly, has been used to aid in the creation of Clone Wars mods.
  • What Could Have Been: Due to the mod-friendly nature of the game, modders quickly found left-over code and assets that indicate the developers had much more ambitious plans for the game that they were forced to scale back.
    • Remnant code left in the game's files indicate that the Galactic Conquest mode was intended to be much deeper, with a number of features from Star Wars: Rebellion returning, such as the ability to load fighters and troops onto ships and conducting diplomacy with planets. None of this made it into the final game.
    • A sizable amount of units were cut. Several were hero units, like Princess Leia, Prince Xizor, and an original character, Tani Ab'yla. The latter two were cut late enough to have fully functional models and code assets left behind. Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade were intended to be present in Galactic Conquest mode and have all the code and assets needed, but are not spawned and only appear in skirmish mode. Mods have reactivated or recreated most of these cut units.
    • Forces of Corruption previews originally boasted of dynamic 3-way battles in Galactic Conquest, which are impossible outside of scripted campaign battles in the final game. Left-over code also references features such as being able to board and capture ships, hero bounty hunters like 4-LOM and Dengar, diplomat units that would have countered corruption, and several planets that don't exist in the final game.
