• Ashcan Copy: This game was only made to fulfill a Japanese regulation that arcade cabinets had to contain games.
• No Budget: This game was made with as low of a budget as possible because they were required to include a game of some kind with their arcade cabinet. They created a low-budget Dodge 'Em clone on the cheapest hardware possible so that it wouldn't cost too much to make.
