Trivia / Doctor Who S32 E13 "The Wedding of River Song"

• Completely Different Title: The Japanese title of this episode is "The End of the Doctor".
• The Character Died with Him: The Brigadier. In fact, by way of tribute to the only actor to in some form act alongside all seven original series Doctors, it's actually a crucial plot point in the episode — it is the Brigadier's death that gets the Doctor to stop running and face his fate in Utah.
• In Memoriam: The DVD Commentary confirms that the scene with the Brigadier's death was intended as this to Nicholas Courtney (as it was felt a simple caption would be disrespectful), as was the large number of eyepatches (Courtney's favourite serial was 'Inferno', in which he got to wear an eyepatch)
• Prop Recycling: The white Supreme Dalek is distressed version of the prop originally created for "Victory of the Daleks".
