• Executive Meddling: The original 1969 show ran for three hours and the sets were a nightmare to transport from city to city, so the show was changed to a shorter two-and-a-half hour show, with the Peter Pan and rollerskating show with Mickey and friends removed, the other segments rearranged, and a new segment with Mickey Mouse riding a tightrope on a motorcycle.
• The Merch: Like Disney on Ice after it, it had lots of merchandise that remain collectors items to this day.
• The Other Darrin: Many of the characters are voiced by different people instead of their voices from the movies. For example, the Mad Hatter sounded nothing like Ed Wynn.
