Trivia / Dishonored: Death of the Outsider

• Development Gag: The prototype porcelain-coated Clockwork Soldiers featured in Dishonored 2's announcement trailer but not present in the game itself make an appearance as the Clockwork Sentinels guarding the Michaels Bank, on account of the surprising popularity of their look and design among fans.
• In Memoriam: The end credits begin with a dedication to series composer Daniel Licht, who passed away a few months before the game was released.
• Promoted Fanboy: One of the game's writers, Hazel Monforton, was hired after creative director Harvey Smith noticed an essay she wrote on Twitter about the Outsider functioning as a pharmakon to the Dishonored universe. You can read the essay here.
• Role Reprise: Rosario Dawson and Michael Madsen are back as Billie and Daud.
