• Fake Nationality: The titular Cantinflas is played by an Spaniard actor, and with the sole exception of Michael Imperioli (Mike Todd), all the non-Mexican characters are played by Mexicans, some of them even speaking fluently in English, (like Elizabeth Taylor, played by Mexican actress Barbara Mori).
