• Edited for Syndication: The episode "Hothouse." Although reruns retain the scene where communications officer Zucker gets crunched up in his Jeep and swallowed by the plant monster, completely omitted is Dr. Adam Edens' heroic sacrifice to save his colleague Dr. Amanda Faulkner. In the original, uncut version, Adam shoves Amanda out of the way of the attacking plant monster and is Eaten Alive himself, complete with him being chewed up and his glasses going flying. In the edited version, we see Adam running towards Amanda and shoving her out of the way, but then it cuts to a closeup of Amanda looking shocked, with Adam's death now occurring entirely offscreen. It's so poorly edited that if not for dialogue explicitly saying Adam got killed, he would've otherwise seemed to just disappear.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Six episodes saw release on DVD, but aside from that, no official reissue of the series has been seen.
