• No Dub for You: One of the few anime to be given a sub-only release by Funimation, who usually provide an english dub for everything they release.
• Referenced by...: The series makes its debut in the Super Robot Wars franchise with Super Robot Wars X. Probably the most suprising secrets invokes one of the mission from the Buddy Complex mobile games, where Bizon will perform a Heel–Face Turn and join the heroes in defeating Evgeni, his evil future self. Though even if you don't get the secret, the present Bizon will live no matter what.
• Screwed by the Network: And screwed hard. The series was originally going to have a full-length 2nd season around 12 or 13 episodes, but low ratings and even lower sales of the DVD/Blu-ray discs caused it to get cut down to only two episodes.
