• Acting for Two: In the English dub, Wendee Lee voices TEN characters, many of whom are in the same scenes conversing with each other.
  • Marin lampshades this trope when she meets Chroma, saying his voice sounds just like Grandpa Shuta's. In fact both their voices are performed by the same actor (Isamu Tanonaka), and they do sound pretty much the same. The English dub keeps the line, but the joke no longer makes sense since the English voices of Shuta and Chroma sound nothing alike.
