• Artist Disillusionment:
  • This was one of many reasons why Nick Hipa eventually left. Along with not being able to completely forgive Tim, he didn't like how the band was doing little to address the controversy, as well as wanting to spend a little time on his other hobbies.
  • This was also all but stated to be the reason why Josh Gilbert and Jordan Mancino quit, with Mancino in particular refusing to communicate with Tim outside of counsel and eventually opting to just send Tim the buyout amount so he could leave the band and corresponding business entity for good.
• Breast Expansion: In 2016, Tim sued a medical team for not allowing him to take his prescription, which would combat the side effects of steroid withdrawal. As a result, he developed gynecomastia.
• Character Tics: Tim likes to pump and pound his arms whenever the music gets heavy and serious. His "air punching" is so widely noted by fans that it deserves a mention.
