• This is the second time that a Muppet makes an appearance in a Disney animated cartoon. The first Muppet was Fozzie Bear, (Eric Jacobson) who voiced Dr. Enamel on Big City Greens.
  • Unlike Fozzie Bear's role on Big City Greens, Kermit the Frog did not receive on-screen credit for voicing Crumpet; rather his performer, Matt Vogel, did. However, the stunt was advertised as a guest role for Kermit in press materials and on the Disney Channel's YouTube channel.
