Timeline for the Chouseishin Series Shared Universe.
Pre-series
- 400 million years ago: Earth's advanced ancient civilization is attacked by the Bosquito and develops the Gransazers and their Chouseishin in order to combat it. They request help from the Cosmic Alliance Warp Monarch, who are forced to bombard Earth after the Bosquito overruns the planet.
- Millions of years ago: Earth is inhabited by a civilization which worships the Cosmo Capsules until the planet is invaded the planet by the Biyodo aliens. Most of the survivors fled into space, where they formed the Descal and became Space Pirates in order to survive, while the rest retreated underground.
- 1554: Planet Riser is destroyed by forces led by the Demon King brothers Majin Daruga and Kaiser Hades, who saw it as a threat to their galactic conquest. Kaiser Hades then leads his forces to target Earth next but before he can invade the planet his army is defeated by a fleet led by the Riser heroine Nolun, who seals him within Kamishiro mountain using the Eight Stellar Plates before hiding each of them throughout Japan.
- c. 1960: Commander Shark crash-lands in Japan while testing out time travel for the Neo Descal. After meeting Soujiro, who helps him repair his ship, Shark has a change of heart and warns Soujiro of the coming Descal invasion before returning to the future.
Series
- 2003: Convinced by Belzeus that humans are descended from the Bosquito, the Warp Monarch attacks Earth again seeking to destroy the current generation of humanity. In response, the Gransazers are awakened to fight against them.
- 2004: Doctor Zora, a follower of Kaiser Hades, comes to Earth hundreds of years after his imprisonment looking to free him. In response, the spirit of Nolun chooses three youths to become the Justirisers and stop the remnants of the Hades Army.
- 2005: At the direction of Captain Barder, the Descal pirates come to Earth to collect the Cosmo Capsules and use them to take over the planet.
Post-series
- 2500: Neo Descal, the regime founded by descendants of Descal's Three Shoguns after they took over Earth, wages war against planets across the cosmos in the name of universal domination. They are opposed by Sazer-X, a resistance group founded by Commander Shark after he defected from them. To undo Neo Descal's rise, Shark selects a special team of Sazer-X members to travel back in time through a wormhole to 2005 and stop the Descal pirates from conquering Earth.
