Even the happiest people can feel down sometimes.

For such an obscure TV series, this show actually had some very heart-wrenching moments.

  • The 1995 series' A Rival for Little Miss Somersault has Miss Somersault being cast under a spell by Miss Magic that makes her not as nimble and makes her life as miserable as can be, all for showing off.
  • A Big Surprise For Mr. Mean has Mr. Mean waking up in tears after being shown how lonely, cold, and miserable a sick Little Miss Sunshine will be on Christmas if no one comes to look after her.
  • Mr. Bump Has An Accident has Mr. Bump contemplating about running away to go to live in the woods so he won't ruin anything ever again after he accidentally knocks down Mr. Tickle's tower of cards, and then Mr. Tickle tells him that everyone would miss him if he ran away.
  • You can't help feeling bad for Mr. Chatterbox in ''Mr. Chatterbox Loses his Voice'' when everyone starts avoiding him due to his habit of talking too much.
  • A Very Happy Day For Mr. Happy has Mr. Happy of all characters falling into a depression due to Little Miss Greedy being disappointed over the bakery running out of cream cakes, Mr. Jelly being upset over being scared by his reflection in the mirror and Little Miss Neat being miserable because her house was messed up by Mr. Messy on a what should've been a lovely day. You know it's bad if even Mr. Uppity wants to cheer you up.
  • Mr. Uppity being so mean to Little Miss Shy that he drives her to tears in Mr. Impossible's Lesson, to the point where some viewers will consider Mr. Uppity thanking her for preventing his house from burning down at the end of the episode to be "too little, too late".
  • The episode Mr. Nosey Solves A Mystery reveals that Mr. Worry and Little Miss Trouble were friends back when they were children. What exactly happened between them that caused them to have a falling out? And could whatever have happened been a contributor to their current personalities.
  • Little Miss Splendid crying about her dog being "eaten" in Mr. Forgetful, Hey Waiter! Even though the dog turns out to be fine, her reaction can really hit home for anyone who ever lost a pet.
  • In A Special Friend For Little Miss Lucky, Mr. Uppity, Mr. Grumble and Little Miss Bossy all lose their patience with Little Miss Lucky because she constantly beats them and refuse to play games with her ever again, which makes Little Miss Lucky very upset.
