A Short-Lived American Sitcom that follows a widowed father (Bob Saget) as he tries to raise his daughters (Kat Dennings and Brie Larson) with his father-in-law (Jerry Adler) and trying to have a social life.

- Kids Shouldn't Watch Horror Films: Not a horror film but Sarah takes Emily with her and her friends to see an R-rated movie called "Love To Love". Emily ends up trying to practice making out with a boy from school. At the end of the episode, Sarah reveals that she's been lying to her dad about what movies she sees for years.
- One-Steve Limit: The show acknowledged this in an episode once as Sarah had an Evan, Erin, and Aaron at the house for dinner and Emily stammered on the names a couple of times.
- One-Word Title: Pilot and Bully.
- Picture Day: One episode is set set on Picture Day but instead of being the main setting, it led into a plot about Sarah being uncomfortable about her appearance and considering getting a nose job.
