The Akuma Effect is a Miraculous Ladybug Flash Forward Fic told as a three-act play focusing on Emma Agreste, the Ladybug of one 2035, and Georges Lahiffe, who is the Chat Noir of Emma's 2035, but is pulled from his own 2035 when Emma's is destroyed due to her first attempt to Set Right What Once Went Wrong resulting in a Bad Future. The two of them team up to fix the timestream and prevent themselves from fading out of existence by making sure Emma's parents get together in the first place, all while finding themselves falling in love with one another along the way.
