    Pantheon Template

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.

  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
  • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
  • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
  • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
  • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.

  • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
  • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
  • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
  • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
  • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
  • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
  • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
  • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Pantheon Deities Work in Progress

  • Enemies:

  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Any good-aligned deities that has pink as their motif, notably Kirby and Pinkie Pie (the cube only)

  • Uneasy With: Muffet, Liu Kang, Bill Cipher (the cube only).

  • Familiar With: Mario, Pac-Man (the cube only)

  • Interested In: Carol Ferris, Diance (the Boss only), Steve and Alex (the cube only), Inklings and Octolings (Both)
  • Feared By: Eryi, Meat Boy, Frisk, and other gods that can revive themselves from death quicky, Artix (the Boss only)

  • Confused With: Phazon (the Boss only)

  • Their world in which they hail from is brightly coloured and neon, and the inhabitants themselves lived peacefully together until an pink, evil being came into the picture, destroying and corrupting everything they went. This caused the tree triangles to split apart and the cube and its friends had to go to recover them to restore the land, though without trouble. After going through levels of catchy music and bosses, the cube managed to gather all the MacGuffins and restored the land. They, including the villain, decided to have a party afterwards.

  • After the rave party, the Boss suddenly became greedy for power once more and went after the three triangles, wrecking havoc again. During the chaos, one triangle was flung far away to the Pantheon, causing the two to have a Double Take before they charged for it. Soon enough, they ended up in the House of Music where the triangle was found.
    • Link was also there, who also chased after the triangle, apparently having confused it with a piece of the Triforce. After the hero and the shapes sorted that out, Link noticed that, despite being simple shapes, they had a glowing body that contrasted everything else regardless where they were at. He then recommended to the Main House to ascend these two and give them the title of Chiaroscuro.
  • Their official ascension didn't start off too well. While the boss went off to do its own thing, the cube was nearly hugged by Pinkie Pie, only for them to teleport dash away from her. She was feeling slightly upset about it, but she calmed down once it was explained to her that touching anything pink is a bad idea for the cube. As for the Boss, it was making a wreck of the place and corrupting everything in its path, forcing a few deities to step in and put a stop to it.

  • For Both:
    • The boss is absolutely furious to learn about the existence of Cuphead and his brother, largely because of their ability to parry pink objects, which includes them. It's especially frustrating for it since they can just curbstomp him most of the time due to that. Notably, from the Cube's end, the cube had befriended these two, which only frustrated the boss even further.
    • The cuboid eventually met Artix, who they immediately struck up with a relationship with each other over the very simple fact that both doesn't like pink. Naturally, The Boss loves to mess the latter on occassion.
    • The two overheard some blaring music coming from the Inkling and Octoling's house and decided to see what's up. Coincidentally, a Turf War that they were holding had a Blue vs Pink theme; and naturally, the two decided to sit by and watch. Since then, they've been showing up in the future wars that had that particular theme and cheering on their respective colours. Though, the boss might on occasion would crash Pearl and Maria's performances with its own guitar solo, much to their annoyance.

  • The Cube only:
    • One of the first deities the cube had met after its ascension was Muffet, the latter surprised to hear that it thought it saw her before. She was, however upset to learn that one of the many things it had to fight was a gigantic pink spider in her likeness. She deemed the spider as a sour representation of her kind and hated the Boss for what it did to it. Though, she did admit that she liked the remix.
      • It was through Muffet the cube caught wind of Sans and Papyrus, the latter obviously very enthusiastic about meeting a new friend. Meanwhile, Sans commented on the fact that it does remind him of their own ability to turn SOULs blue. That, and it was quite edgy.
    • They swore they saw and even fought Bill Cipher, causing mixed receptions from Bill himself, Dipper and Mabel. While the latter two were confused by the little guy's remark, Bill unsurprisingly wants to know whoever caused that confusion, being very interested in it.
    • Surprisingly to many, the little cube was approached by Shovel Knight and Plague Knight, acting almost like old friends. Turns out, the two knights along with another couple of unascended knights had challenged them to their own mixtape and impressed them.
      • On a similar note, the cube would gladly accept any deity's challenge mixtapes and remixes in general.
    • It then stumbled across Kirby while it was getting used to the Pantheon. The puffball almost swallowed them since the former was working up an appetite at that moment, but fortunately, it managed to dodge it and swore at him. Kirby then became aware of its issues with the pink colouring and agreed to stay a fair distance from them.
    • They were certain they heard something familiar coming from Megaman's temple so he went to check it out. While they were initially disappointed that it wasn't the right track, but they and Megaman eventually became good friends after the cube accidentally dashed into some pink stuff in front of him and exploded in a similar manner to him. Shortly after, they were introduced to Dr. Light, and then eventually Dr. Wily heard of the new opposition in form of a tiny cube and was not pleased.
    • The cuboid eventually came across Liu Kang, and they were reminded of a particularly tough challenge they took up on, though on Liu's end, he doesn't recall much.
    • Cyan eventually came across Mario and Pac-Man separately, though to their surprise, the cyan had recognised them, more so for Mario thanks to his journey having featured the plumber's ever iconic sound effects.
    • It soon came across Link once more, thanking him for helping it out, and eventually had a conservation over how they both related to each other mutually due to the simple fact that both of their Macguffins were in fact, triangles, and furthermore, triangles that were once one object (The Triforce for Link, the Treeangles for the cube). This eventually had Zelda and Ganondorf curious about them, especially about being able to use them.
    • The cube eventually caught wind of Steve and Alex's world, and the thing that interested them was the fact that their world is just as blockier as they are. Though, they are a little weirded out by how... Pixelley they are compared to their home universe.

  • The Boss only:
    • Due to the addictive side-effects of the triangles, the Main House had ordered to keep the triangles away from him in the Treasury. It doesn't stop them from trying to break in to steal them, though.
    • The Necrodancer, while they have a mutual hatred towards the blue fiend, the two are often seen in the House of Music, duking it out on their respective instruments. It's often a sight to behold if the two are nice enough to let anyone watch. The Golden Lute, however believes that its own music contrasted with the Boss' style.
    • Being a boss that legitimately gets harder and harder with each encounter with its nature as a recurring boss, some villainous gods had been taking some notes on this, some of them even approaching them for ideas to improve their own attacks. They mostly shrug it off, stating that they're just doing its own thing.
    • Having the power to corrupt life itself to turn pink and dangerous, it doesn't please the House of Plants very much. Gods like Viridi more so loathe its existence, meanwhile the House of Toxicity welcomes the Boss in, gaining a few handful new allies, Hexxus in particular being a very dangerous new ally.
    • On an amusing note, the Boss was very confused by the Phazon. Sure, they both are terrifying corrupters (the Phazon was even especially ascended with that title), but the one thing that kept them both from becoming true allies was the fact that Phazon was blue. When some deities noticed the potential allying, they've made sure to call Samus over to prevent this from happening.
    • The Boss had gained some notoriety after they kept beating the cube to a pulp every time they tried to fix themselves together. This reputation gained fear from the likes of Eryi, Meat Boy, Frisk and a few others that relied on being unable to die. Frisk, on the other hand, does admire the cube's determination.
    • They have a rather... Complicated relationship with crystals. On one end, a lodged crystal had released them from containment, but later on, a massive group of them had collapsed on them, trapping it once more. When they heard of Carol Ferris, they initially freaked out a little, but once they learnt of the woman's usual colouring, they are putting the idea of tricking Carol to take advantage of the cube's biological fear of the colour pink under consideration.
      • In a similar vein, they were also considering to attempt to corrupt Diance in their attempts to destroy the blue hero.
