In General
- The "Throb!" (From the heart, just to be clear) reaction effect someone has towards someone else (mostly Rentarou) doing something heartwarming.
- Everyone's Verbal Tics being lampshaded, especially Kusuri's.
- The God of Love trying to get attention in the extra volume chapters, usually followed by Rentarou snarking at him.
- Rentarou introducing the latest girlfriend with a sweat drop.
- Hakari and Karane's Belligerent Sexual Tension.
- Hakari and Karane somehow ending up making out. And trying to forget about it afterwards.
- The Hanazonos, Kurumi, or Momiji drooling. Mostly Hahari.
- Plot developments happening due to there being so many girls that it's difficult to keep track of them all.
- The repeated - and redundant - excuse for having a limited number of girlfriends in a chapter: "Unfortunately, the rest of the family was either busy or had other things come up."

Rentarou
- Rentarou choosing his love for the girls over common sense. Or overcoming physics and logic through The Power of Love.
- Rentarou placing all of his girlfriends on equal footing with one another.
- Going murderously berserk whenever someone insults his girlfriends in any way, and one of the girls holding him back.
- Rentarou seemingly feeling no pain at all whenever Karane hurts him.
- Rentarou's inhuman stamina and ridiculous amounts of attendance towards his girlfriends.
- Rentarou's inability to recognize any form of attraction between his girlfriends and thinking they're being close friends.
- Rentarou doing something that gets him called a "monster boyfriend", or points out how he's the most unhinged in a Cast Full of Crazy.
Girlfriends 1 - 10
- Karane's inhuman strength.
- Karane being one of the few moderately sane people in the series.
- Karane trying to feed Rentarou snacks, but poking his eye instead because she refuses to look.
- Karane's A-Cup Angst.
- Karane hurting Rentarou somehow, and profusely apologizing against his chest while he comforts her.
- Hakari trying to invoke Male Gaze in Rentarou. And failing.
- Hakari's general lust for Rentarou.
- Hakari's embarrassment towards her mom's antics.
- Shizuka using her phone to speak even at moments when she shouldn't be able to and/or it makes no sense.
- Shizuka being akin to an adorable animal to everyone around her.
- Shizuka being ridiculously weak.
- Shizuka being incredibly light, to the point some wonder if she weighs anything at all.
- Nano's preference toward efficiency. In any situation.
- Nano referring to everyone by their full name.
- Kusuri's overly long and descriptive names for her drugs.
- Kusuri needing to go to the bathroom. Or projecting it unto someone else.
- Kusuri's face scrunching up whenever she's feeling despondent.
- Hahari's deeply, deeply perverted mommy complex.
- The Hanazonos being rich."So this is the X of a wealthy family."
- Hahari Giving Up the Ghost in reaction to something cute. Or lust-inducing.
- Hahari taking snapshots of the girls.
- Hahari being subjected to I'm Standing Right Here. And at times followed by the other girls snarking that she's in no place to protest.
- The Hanazonos being rich.
- Kurumi getting hungry from listening to words similar-sounding to food.
- Kurumi's love for food overtaking her common sense.
- Subtle example, Kurumi thinking of Shizuka as adorable, and sometimes shielding her eyes/ears from unsightly sights.
- Kurumi mistaking human body parts and objects for food. And biting on them.
- Mei mistaking whatever someone says as an order.
- Mei making Hahari look like a Straight Man.
- Mei's rainbow-colored eyes opening up.
- Mei attempting to commit bodily harm to herself to appease Hahari, followed by either Hahari or Rentarou stopping her.
- Mei sprouting dog ears and a tail, being compared to a puppy, or wanting to be a puppy.
- Praising acts of affection from Hahari, no matter how ridiculous.
- Mei being capable of performing almost any task with her Eyes Always Shut.
- Mei putting Hahari's soul back in her body whenever she loses it.
- Iku finding different means for "training" (i.e. experiencing pain).
- Iku gulping when seeing something painful.
- Iku instinctively turning around to be spanked.
- Mimimi's utter lack of modesty.
- Mimimi rationalizing remarks, requests, and actions towards her based on the fact that she's beautiful/her standards of beauty and perfection.

- Naddy screwing up both the Japanese and English languages.
- Naddy sheepishly reverting to her Yamato Nadeshiko persona. Or at the very least just references to it.
- Yamame's love for every living thing... even previously living things like stray leaves.
- Yamame freaking out and tumbling over whenever she sees any form of fire.
- Momiji's love for touching soft stuff. Mainly breasts.
- Yaku's inability to identify or use modern technology.
- Yaku struggling to understand English loan words.
- Kishika lapsing into an infantile state.
- Kishika begging to be killed when she regains her composure.

- Momoha's alcoholism and enforcing herself as an Anti-Role Model.
- Rin's orgasmic reaction to anything violent.
- Suu's Number Obsession and her rattling off any numbers she hears from others.
- Eira reverse somersaulting away from anything that scares her.
- Tama being drawn to look like an actual cat.
- Himeka smiling smugly whenever she does something she considers abnormal.
