- The Amazing Digital Circus: The Boogeyman holds Chizuru Ichinose, Haniyyah, I-LeS Nayuta, Financer Cookie, Keiji Mogami, and Belle captive in the Digital Circus. Agari Us is a bubble, and Uzi Doorman is the queen of the Gloinks.
- Bee And Puppy Cat: Theresa becomes a Magical Girl who does odd jobs after encountering a Vocaloid. Her assigner has been Demona, a drunk chef, and Cake.
- Best Fiends: An insight into the lives of a bunch of heroic creatures named Fiends, including the Joker (later Wilt), Addison Montgomery (later Tucker), Kif Kroker and Michael Bolton as they face off against a bunch of mutated, world-dominating slugs, consisting of Stimpy, Bobby Hill, Buckley, Lando Calrissian and Skeletor.
- Broken Saints: Goku, Starscream, and the Kanker Sisters are drawn together as part of a grand scheme concocted by Megatron and the Cigarette Smoking Guy.
- Button's Adventures: Alpha lives with his mom Lady Tethys.
- (Italian fandub) Springer is Arcee's son.
- Camp Camp: Sting Eucliffe, Motoko Kusanagi, and Simon cause trouble at and attempt to escape from a crappy summer camp founded by Knuckles the Echidna. Jaune Arc is their overly enthusiastic counselor, countered by his jaded colleague 479er. Also, Prince Zuko shows up at some point.
- DC Super Hero Girls: Daphne Blake goes to a Superhero School administered by Shirley Bennet. Her classmates include Tuck, Bubbles, Kirie Kojima, Twilight Sparkle, and Katara. Daphne has somewhat of a rivalry with Ahsoka Tano and one of the teachers at the school is Heffer Wolfe (who is also Bubbles' father).
- Super Hero High: An alien leaves her host family, Talia al Ghul and Shawn Kent, for the titular school and teams up with the other girls to face off against the forces of Wendy Testaburger.
- Hero of The Year: The girls face off against Son Goku.
- ENA: Marx (who is later Streber, then Spitz, Meggy Spletzer in her sad side) is a weird girl who is assisted by her moon friend Yanfei.
- gen:LOCK: The human-mecha tech developed by Scrooge McDuck has as its recruits Adonis Creed, Arya Stark, Brandy Epps, Spike Spiegel, and Shansa, with Roman Torchwick as their commanding officer, Sarge as the project's financier, and Lyra as the leader of their army, which includes Creed's ex-girlfriend Cherie Currie.
- The Goddamn George Liquor Program: Dexter's detention teacher is an ultra-conservative American father who lives with his two nephews Ren Hoek and Mr. Horse.
- Hanazuki: Full of Treasures: Newborn Moonchild Lucy Loud explores and has adventures on a moon on her quest to grow magical trees powered by emotion that are needed to protect it from danger. She's helped by her rabbit-like companions like Miles "Tails" Prower, Leonardo, Cyborg, Pauline, and more. Eventually Lucy comes across another Moonchild with a Dark and Troubled Past named Kyuubey.
- Helluva Boss: Brandon Rogers is an imp that runs an assassination company in Hell, which specializes in traveling to Earth to off the living. His group consists of the Happily Married couple ZIM and Hannah Brody (Tsuchiya in the pilot), and Brandon's adopted werewolf daughter Eli Ayase. Brandon also has a rivalry with the succubus Risky Boots (who also has a werewolf assistant in the form of Taurus Bulba), an assassin named Daryl Dixon (later Umi Nakano) is hired to kill Brandon's business/sex partner Newton Purcell (Eric Cartman in the pilot), Daggett is ZIM's Abusive Dad and a mob boss, and Pim is the ruler of the Greed Ring.
- Lackadaisy: In a Prohibition-era St. Louis, SMG0, Ending, Marco, Kali, a minotaur, and two other cats smuggle alcohol. Aloysius Bori, Johnny, Dot Malto, and Demonking try to hunt them down.

- RWBY: Kimball, Emily Grey, Robin, and Cosmos are four fairytale-themed Magical Girls, on a mission to stop the evil Princess Peach.
- Supermarioglitchy4's Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The show's creator, along with Orvus, Gouji Rokkaku, the creator's brother, WillFromAfar, Agent 3 (later Yanfei, then Nicole), the creator's girlfriendnote (later the Princess), Mugi, and Wolfychu, all go on wacky misadventures together. Recurring characters include Sunny Day, Nubon, tax-evading dinosaur Professor E. - The Rapper Bob Arc: WillFromAfar throws the creator's brother down a well and saves him to get fame.
- The Anime Arc: After Sunny Day bans anime from the kingdom, the crew finds a manga writer, Braxton. We're also introduced to a rival of Agent 3's, Chargin' Chuck.
- The YouTube Arc: The creator's Evil Counterpart Aziz Yousi tries to copy the creator's content, eventually trying to murder him and his friends.
- The Genesis Arc: Darly Boxman tries to create a universe all to himself and its up to the creator, Orvus, Aziz, an editor of the series and Anime America to stop him. Also, Yanfei is briefly replaced by a combination of the Heavy and Harry the Mosquito. Wolfychu is ultimately forced to put Braxton down to defeat Darly.
- The Revelations Arc: It turns out that Darly was tricked by his "friend", Rich.
- The Lawsuit Arc: The gang comes under fire by Orvus and Gouji's creator and his lawyer, an evil version of Guile, and are faced with the possibility of disappearing forever.
- The Puzzlevision Arc/SMG4 Movie: Western Spaghetti/War of the Fat Italians 2023: Mummy gives the creator a keyboard, which puts the castle and Sunny Day in danger. Later, Mummy manipulates Nicole's former idol Purple Yam Cookie into trapping the gang in a simulation, which only the creator's girlfriend seems to be aware of at first. Later still, Orvus steals Aziz's notebook so he can give it to Mummy. It all culminates in Mummy trapping the gang in a series of episodes of his TV show, with Orvus somehow escaping and discovering Mummy's true intents for the gang. WillFromAfar and the creator's brother (in a South Park reference) meet Stolas, Eduardo, Brody Foxx, and Dan Dipple, while the creator and Aziz (in a reference to Rugrats) end up facing off against giant versions of Buttercup, Nelson Muntz, Lucius Cramp, and Fifi La Fume.
- Sunset Paradise: Yanfei travels to island Port Aurora for some R&R, but finds herself filling in as sheriff when Detective Grimoire's crime syndicate (with potato themed minions Fishy Boopkins, Shroomy, Gary (Numbuh 4 when he grunts or groans) and Lord Frumpterbucket) is causing trouble. She teams up with deputy Milla to resolve the island's predicaments while encountering misfits such as DJ Grooves and cat burglar Marguerite if she's gonna get her trip back on track.
- Tome: Jaden Yuki, Ernesto, Haley, Nahobino, and Frieza are gamers in a virtuality reality MMORPG.
- The Transformers: Combiner Wars: After the Cybertronian war, the second Honest Trailers narrator and Deathstroke are banished from Cybertron, with Tamami Kobayashi, Sam and Hanage ruling in their stead. However, Kim Wu has an ax to grind with the titular combiners, including Dashie, Verdia, and Riley Brown.
- The Transformers: Titans Return: The Honest Trailers narrator is now Eeyore, Riley is now Gwen Stacy, Hanage is now Ben 10,000, Verdia is now the host of Seriously Strange, and they along with Sam, Giant-Man, Tamami, MatPat, Kim Wu, Wesley Crusher, and Deathstroke must deal with the return of Rakshas and the schemes of Dio Brando. Also, Tommy Oliver forms the head of Worf and the Greater-Scope Villain is Luke Skywalker.
- The Transformers: Power of the Primes: After one of the original thirteen Transformers, Luke Skywalker, kills Eeyore, it's up to Welsey, Mikey Way, Gwen, Sam, Slade, the Kingpin, Deathstroke, the Seriously Strange host, and King Shark to stop him. Dio and a mind controlled-Ben 10,000 are also still around, and Wendy is another member of the original Thirteen.
- Trick Moon: Handlebarb and his sister Lil DeVille must rescue their older brother Ryuji Sakamoto from a wicked mage named Wedge Antilles.
- Woody Woodpecker (2018): Fozzie Bear is a screwball who goes on adventures with his girlfriend Unikitty! while being antagonized by Robert Hawkins and Dog. His niece and nephew are Luna Loud and Omi. Also appearing are a penguin named Bullwinkle and a panda named Big Bunny.
