- Best Fiends: An insight into the lives of a bunch of heroic creatures named Fiends, including the Joker (later Wilt), Addison Montgomery (later Tucker), Kif Kroker and Michael Bolton as they face off against a bunch of mutated, world-dominating slugs, consisting of Stimpy, Bobby Hill, Buckley, Lando Calrissian and Skeletor.
- Broken Saints: Goku, Starscream, and the Kanker Sisters are drawn together as part of a grand scheme concocted by Megatron and the Cigarette Smoking Guy.

- Camp Camp: Sting Eucliffe, Motoko Kusanagi, and Simon cause trouble at and attempt to escape from a crappy summer camp founded by Roy Mustang. Jaune Arc is their overly enthusiastic counselor, countered by his jaded colleague 479er. Also Prince Zuko shows up.
- DC Super Hero Girls: Daphne Blake goes to a Superhero School administered by Shirley Bennet. Her classmates include Tuck, Bubbles, Kirie Kojima, Twilight Sparkle, and Katara. Daphne has somewhat of a rivalry with Ahsoka Tano and one of the teachers at the school is Heffer Wolfe (who is also Bubbles' father).
- Super Hero High: An alien leaves her host family, Talia al Ghul and Shawn Kent, for the titular school and teams up with the other girls to face off against the forces of Wendy Testaburger.
- Hero of The Year: The girls face off against Son Goku.
- gen:LOCK: The human-mecha tech developed by Scrooge McDuck has as its recruits Adonis Creed, Arya Stark, Brandy Epps, Spike Spiegel, and Shansa, with Roman Torchwick as their commanding officer, Sarge as the project's financier, and Lyra as the leader of their army, which includes Creed's ex-girlfriend Cherie Currie.
- The Goddamn George Liquor Program: Dexter's detention teacher is an ultra-conservative American father who lives with his two nephews Ren Hoek and Mr. Horse.
- Hanazuki: Full of Treasures: Newborn Moonchild Lucy Loud explores and has adventures on a moon on her quest to grow magical trees powered by emotion that are needed to protect it from danger. She's helped by her rabbit-like companions like Miles "Tails" Prower, Leonardo, Cyborg, Summer Penguin, and more. Eventually Lucy comes across another Moonchild with a Dark and Troubled Past named Kyuubey.
- Hazbin Hotel: Rikka Takarada is the princess of Hell, and she opens a hotel with her best friend to reform demons and get them into Heaven to solve Hell's Overpopulation Crisis. She's currently trying to reform Fantoccio to no avail, and is joined by the Blade of Ahrah, the infamous Radio Demon who promises to assist her. Aqua is a news reporter.
- Helluva Boss: Brandon Rogers is an imp that runs an assassination company in Hell, which specializes in traveling to Earth to off the living. His group consists of the Happily Married couple ZIM and Hannah Brody (Eli Ayase in the pilot), and Brandon's adopted werewolf daughter Futaba Sakura. Brandon also has a rivalry with the succubus Sailor Mars (who also has a werewolf assistant in the form of Taurus Bulba), and an assassin named Daryl Dixon is hired to kill Brandon's business/sex partner Newton Purcell (Brody Foxx in the pilot).
- Llamas with Hats: Charlie the Unicorn has to put up with his Affably Evil Serial Killer of a roommate, Police Chief.
- Lobo (Webseries): Gantu (originally Grim) is an alien bounty hunter who has Bloody Hilarious results.
- Long Gone Gulch: Dave the Barbarian and Tommy Pickles become the new sheriffs of a Wild West town inhabited by all manner of mythological beings.
- Mighty Magiswords: The show's creator and Yumi Yoshimura go on wacky adventures together while collecting magical swords known as "Magiswords". Plankton runs the local general store and regularly sells them items.

- Supermarioglitchy4's Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The show's creator, along with Orvus, Gouji Rokkaku, the creator's brother, WillFromAfar, Agent 3 (later Trish Una, then Nightshade), the creator's girlfriendnote , Mugi, and Wolfychu, all go on wacky misadventures together.
- Sunset Paradise: Ayane travels to island Port Aurora for some R&R, but finds herself filling in as sheriff when Detective Grimoire's crime syndicate is causing trouble. - Tome: Jaden Yuki, Reigen, Haley, Nahobino, and Frieza are gamers in a virtuality reality MMORPG.
- The Transformers: Combiner Wars: After the Cybertronian war, the second Honest Trailers narrator and Deathstroke are banished from Cybertron, with Tamami Kobayashi, Sam and Venom ruling in their stead. However, Kim Wu has an ax to grind with the titular combiners, including Dashie, Verdia, and Riley Brown.
- The Transformers: Titans Return: The Honest Trailers narrator is now the Predator, Riley is now Gwen Stacy, Venom is now Ben 10,000, Verdia is now the host of Seriously Strange, and they along with Sam, Giant-Man, Tamami, MatPat, Kim Wu, Wesley Crusher, and Deathstroke must deal with the return of Rakshas and the schemes of Dio Brando. Also, Tommy Oliver forms the head of Worf and the Greater-Scope Villain is Luke Skywalker.
- The Transformers: Power of the Primes: After one of the original thirteen Transformers, Luke Skywalker, kills the Predator, it's up to Welsey, Mikey Way, Gwen, Sam, Hellboy, the Kingpin, Deathstroke, the Seriously Strange host, and King Shark to stop him. Dio and a mind controlled-Ben 10,000 are also still around, and Wendy is another member of the original Thirteen.
- Trick Moon: Handlebarb and his sister Lil DeVille must rescue their older brother Ryuji Sakamoto from a wicked mage named Wedge Antilles.
- Woody Woodpecker (2018): Fozzie Bear is a screwball who goes on adventures with his girlfriend Unikitty! while being antagonized by Robert Hawkins and Dog. His niece and nephew are Luna Loud and Omi. Also appearing are a penguin named Bullwinkle and a panda named Big Bunny.
