The Asterisk War: Speed-'o-sound Sonic comes to Seidoukan Academy as a transfer student to find out what happened to his sister, Rukia. While he is walking along a path within Seidoukan Academy, he caught a pink handkerchief. Seeing that the handkerchief came from above, Speed-'o-sound Sonic jumped up to the windowstill in order to return the handkerchief, he saws Kuroyukihime in her underwear. Because of this event, Kuroyukihime challenges Speed-'o-sound Sonic to a duel. Later, the duel is stopped by Ayesha Altugle, Seidoukan Academy's student council president. The next day, Sayaka Miki, a childhood friend of Speed-'o-Sound Sonic, attends to Seidoukan Academy for the purpose of trying to promote her father's guns. After the incident created by 9S, Speed-'o-sound Sonic accidentally bumps Sakura, who later finds out that she is the top fighter of Seidoukan Academy. Speed-'o-sound Sonic, Kuroyukihime and the rest of the characters are fighting for victory in various Festas in order to restore their school's failing performance and fight against outside threats outside the academy and the whole Asterisk City itself.
Baccano!: Three crazy storylines; in the first, Hikaru Hitachiin is inducted into a mafia family and is friends with Syaoran and Lord Montague. He then meets Eve who is working for Tanaka against her will. In the second, Yoite is a Lovable Coward who is on a train with his friend and fellow bootlegger Yuuko, who is also a Mad Bomber. Meanwhile, Dragon and his fiancee, Mokona are plotting a killing spree, Alphonse is a paranoid survivalist, Yuki is in jail and a cult (which includes his daughter, Belarus) is trying to break him out and they all have to fear a monster that's killing them all (actually Kyo Sohma). Finally, Bardroy's gone missing and his little sister is desperately searching for him. And while all of this is going on, Kyouya and Winry are a pair of screwball thieves who carry their antics throughout all the storylines.

Corpse Princess: After being murdered, Lenalee Lee turns into a living "Shikabane Hime" ("Corpse Princess"). Armed with dual MAC-11 submachine guns, she must kill 108 other Shikabane in order to gain entry into heaven. She is assisted in this task by Acnologia, a Buddhist monk with links to an anti-corpse group known as the Kōgon Sect. Her ultimate goal is to avenge the death of her family, by destroying the Shikabane known as the Seven Stars. Yoh Takami meets Lenalee and becomes her 2nd contracted monk after Acnologia died.

Later, Chrom's mother Kokonoe falls sick because of her Stand. They are also joined later by Ryu and Gin Ichimaru to save Kokonoe.
K: Phoenix Wright is being chased by Levi and has to prove his innocence... but he was caught on video committing the murder! He has no memory of it, though, so along with Sailor Moon, they need to find his alibi. But Young!Joseph Joestar and Death the Kid are out to get him with their fire powers, and Lelouch is on their trail as well - but even he didn't guess these twists. Prettier than it sounds.
Kanon: Gawain returns to this city after seven years. In his childhood, he often visited it, but something happened in the past which caused him to block out his memories of the events of seven years ago. Kaze no Stigma: Four years after being disowned by his father Director Reiji Takayama and cast out of his fire magic-wielding family, Hank Hamada has returned from abroad (as a notably powerful practitioner of wind magic, no less), taking on investigative cases of magical abnormalities as a mercenary. The only one of Hank's former family who's especially pleased to see him again is his little brother Chaos. Hank's second cousin Asuna, who is next in line as Hank's former clan's head, frequently finds herself teamed up with him on his cases (much to her chagrin). Asuna's father Makarov (the current head of their clan) appears to find nothing wrong with trying to hook her up with Hank, while Asuna's friends Eruka Frog and Kazumi Yoshida are all for the idea, too. Hank is usually assigned to cases by Alita Forland (a detective within the local police department specialising in paranormal issues). Asuna gains a rival in Satellizer el Bridget, a representative from an American family who finds herself rather taken with Hank as well.
Kiznaiver: The fictional Japanese city named Sugomori City is built on reclaimed land. But as the years go by, the city's population is decreasing. One day, Misaki Tokura tells her classmate Kazuma Shouji: "You have been selected to be a Kiznaiver." The Kizuna System, which allows Katsuhira to share his wounds, connects him to the classmates whose lives and personalities completely differ from his. The Kizuna System is an incomplete system for the implementation of world peace that connects people through wounds. All those who are connected to this system are called Kiznaivers. When one Kiznaiver is wounded, the system divides and transmits the wound among the other Kiznaivers.

DokiDoki! Precure/Glitter Force DokiDoki!: Crane Yuzuriha, one of the pixies, finds an enthusiastic middle-school girl named Jimmy Neutron during a visit to the Clover Tower. When Jimmy encounters a monster called a Distain (Jikochu), which is formed from the soured heart of a person, Yuzuriha gives her the ability to transform into magical Draculara using items called Glitter Charms and a smartphone-like device called a Glitter Pad. Jimmy is joined by her friends Kouta Izumi and Neptune and the original girl Mitsuha Miyamizu to form the magical Glitter Force. They are later joined by the mysterious Mordred.

Although it doesn't go as smoothly as he had planned, Goro is ultimately chosen as one of the six heroes shortly after being greeted by Serendine, a crown princess (not in the Parthevia Empire this time around) and fellow Brave. The two as they embark upon their destined journey to fight the Demon God, intending to meet up with their fellow heroes (Rem, Keith Flick, Umi Sonoda, Faye Valentine, and a young Joseph Joestar). at a small temple outside of the Land of the Howling Demons, the fiends' domain. However, when they finally unite, seven heroes are present, and soon the others begin to suspect Goro to be a fraud. Now on the run, he must utilize his unique skill set and wit in a fight for his life to identify which member of the group is the true impostor before it's too late! Goro later falls in love in Rem (good for her) and the traitor is revealed to be Serendine.
Sekirei: Zeref Dragneel is extremely intelligent, yet due to his inability to cope under pressure has failed the college entrance exam twice. As a result he has been branded an idiot and loser by many. One day after talking to his yet again disappointed mother he comes into contact with a girl named Ikaruga who was under attack. The girl runs but takes him with her and soon finds that Zeref, while unknown to him, is an Ashikabi, one of the mysterious set of masters that have the genetic trait that can become partners with some of the 108 cute girls, buxom women, and bishōnen called "Sekirei". The reason for the partnership allows the Sekirei to use all their power to win in the competition held by the mysterious MBI corporation.
Squid Girl: Azusa emerges from the ocean with the intent of punishing humanity for polluting her home. She attempts to make a small beach hut restaurant, run by sisters Aya and Tsumugi, into her base of operations, but, after breaking a hole in the wall of it, she's forced by the two to work for them as a waitress. Their younger brother Megumi likes to play with Azusa. Gozumaru is one of the beach lifeguards, who has a rather obvious like for Tsumugi. Azusa is frequently forced into fetishistic cosplay outfits by Ui, and, Mio appears to be the only person who views Azusa as the threat to humanity she tries to be.note The overlap between K-On! and this show is kinda hilarious. Subverted in the 2nd season.
SSSS.GRIDMAN: Saint Germain awakens with amnesia and the ability see things that others cannot. He first encounters a Gridman in the reflection of his friend Mayaka Inbara's computer and it tells him to "Remember his calling," but Saint Germain doesn't understand what this means. Later, in the distance, he sees an extremely large monster but it doesn't move. It's only when Saint Germain gets to school that the two sightings make sense: a monster attacks and the hero Saint Germain saw in the computer screen pulls him within the computer and transforms Yuta into a giant hero named Kougami.
Steins;Gate: France, who fancies himself as a mad scientist, sends a text who was sent to the past which prevents Lan Fan's death but also leads to a series of event ending in France's childhood friend, Cassie Cage dying. Broken yet determined by Cassie's death, France decides to change her fate even if it will ruin the happiness of his other friends like the part-timer/time traveller Asuna Yuuki and the boy turned into a girl Nagisa Shiota.
