  • Saturday Night Live: The sketch "Katz's Deli" is set in the location where the famous Fake Orgasm scene was filmed. Four women are sitting at the same table from the movie, and they start to take turns "playing the Meg Ryan part." When it comes time for "Rhonda's" (played by Leslie Jones) turn, her fake orgasm consists of monologuing an entire oddly specific sexual encounter involving her "brother's husband" in a public bathroom, among a few bizarre details, which puzzles her friends.
  • Taskmaster: In "Old Honkfoot", one of the tasks is "Fake something." Frankie considers, but decides against, re-enacting Sally's famous demonstration.
  • Ted Lasso: "Rainbow", a rom-com themed episode, had a number of references:
    • Ted tells the kebab shop owner, "I'll have what he's having."
    • Ted, asking Roy to become a fellow Richmond coach, says, "I came here tonight because when you realize that you want to spend the rest of your life coaching with somebody, you want the rest of your life to begin ASAP."
    • A couple of Richmond fans in the stands tell the story of how they met, a la the interviews in When Harry Met Sally.

    Puppet Shows
  • An episode of Bear in the Big Blue House is titled "When Harry Met Hallie". In this episode, Harry is about to get a new baby sister named Hallie, and he is worried that Hallie will get all his mother's attention.
  • Muppets Tonight: In the episode guest-starring Billy Crystal, he does a sketch with Miss Piggy re-enacting the famous scene from When Harry Met Sally only with fake sneezing. "Waiter, I'll have what she's having — only with less pepper."
  • Sesame Street: A "Cookie's Crumby Pictures" sketch is entitled "When Cookie Met Sally", where Sally teaches Cookie Monster how to wait his turn in line at a deli.

  • In The Ten Minute Bible Hour video "Was The Bible Edited", its host edited a scene from this film to replace Meg Ryan's fake orgasm sounds with burps and farts to prove the point that editing has the power to change the meaning of something.

    Western Animation
  • Amphibia; In the season 2 episode "The Plantars Check In", a dapper newt gentleman tells a waitress at a cafĂ© he'll have "what [Sprig's] having" after watching Sprig tripping hard after drinking five cups of super-strong coffee.
  • American Dad!: In "Poltergasm", the Smith house gets haunted by a spirit representing Francine's sexual frustration. Stan is outraged at the thought that his wife doesn't think he's good in bed, saying that her sex face is just like Meg Ryan's in the movie... when she faked it.
  • Big Mouth: The episode "My Big Furry Valentine" features a number of shout outs to the movie. Particularly scenes involving each of the kids and their hormone monsters discussing how they met on a couch. Later on, Nick shows Connie that "boys can fake one too". It's a completely spot on recreation of Sally's orgasm expressions to boot.
Rick: I'll have what he's having. A big orgasm. That's what that is.
  • Drawn Together: In one episode, it's revealed Princess Clara is sexually aroused by violent car crashes and orgasms in public during a multi-car pile up. Cue the obligatory old woman commenting "I'll have what she's having" and said old woman's immediately run down.
  • Family Guy:
    • In "He's Too Sexy for His Fat", Stewie makes orgasmic groans while eating food to tease Chris (who is being forced to diet), and Brian quips "I'll have what he's having".
    • In "Lois Kills Stewie", Peter uses the wrong Bond One-Liner after killing Stewie.
      Peter: It's just been revoked.
Brian: Peter, he really didn't set you up for that Lethal Weapon line. It doesn't really work here.
Peter: Oh. (beat) I'll have what she's having.
      Brian: That's... better?
    • In "Christmas is Coming", when Meg has her first orgasm while sitting on Santa's lap at the mall.
Woman: I'll have what she's having.
Vendor: Okay. She had six well-done hamburger patties jammed into a hard taco shell.
Woman: Oh, I just want to feel like that.
Vendor: Okay. I mean, I can get it for you, but it's a weird order. The chef was not happy about it.
    • In "PeTerminator", Stewie posts a photo of himself with his future self on Instagram, and Brian writes a comment reading "When Sally Met Sally". Stewie isn't fond of the joke, especially when when the comment gets more likes than the post.
  • The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy: In "Grim in Love", while at a diner, Malaria asks Grim if he knows when someone is "faking it", and she proceeds to fake a horrible, agonizing death, to the horror of the other patrons.
  • Harley Quinn (2019): The Valentine's Day Special "A Very Problematic Valentine's Day Special" is interspersed with several superhero and supervillain couples giving interviews about how they met. The final couple is Harley and Ivy, who Break the Fourth Wall and address the viewers.
