Yugi, Anzu, Jonouchi, Honda, and Miho enter Kaiba Land, while Ryou watches the event televised live to a crowd. They find Sugoroku has lost to Kaiba in a game of Duel Monsters, and suffered a penalty game as punishment. Yugi's grandpa implores him to take up his deck and defeat Kaiba, to which he eventually agrees, but to do that they'll have to get through other Death-T levels first.
The first level is a maze where the gang is equipped with armor and real laser pistols. They're pitted against a team of three commandos, Red, Black, and Blue. Blue wounds Jonouchi with her gun, but Miho saves everyone by firing randomly. The next level is a puzzle where a killer robot named Bllood is chasing the group, and only one switch deactivates it. Yugi realizes it's a binary number puzzle, the extra 'l' corresponding to 11, and switch 11 turns out to be correct. The group moves on to a room of falling blocks. Meanwhile, Ryou's face and thought process becomes more and more sinister...
