Its a happy, wonderful day in the place which once was Night Vale, and to celebrate, Lauren has brought in a new host - Kevin! (Though he doesn't like the term 'new', since it suggests there ever was a past.) Together, they update us all about studio redecoration, the capture of some naughty trespassing scientists, and of course, the wonderful company picnic that Strexcorp is holding for all their employees' enjoyment!
