The Bears go the mall and encounter their human counterparts. Grizzly tries his hand at mall-cop duty with Griff, Panda and Tom try getting an autograph from the famous Estellar, and Ice Bear and Isaac throwdown in figure skating.

- Percussive Maintenance: Griff fixes the arcade game Grizzly was trying to play by hitting it.
- Right on Queue: Panda and Tom are at the end of the line for Estellar, the sign indicating the cut-off placed just as Panda enters. Then two people cut the line, pushing Tom and Panda off the line. Tom and Panda confronting the cutters leads to a chase around the mall.

- Sudden Video-Game Moment: When Griff asks Grizz to help him catch the bullies chasing Panda and Tom, Grizz sees him as the cop from the arcade game. He clicks on the start button he imagines appears in front of Griff, to Griff's confusion.
- Taking the Bullet: When the bully threatens to pour his drink on Tom's rare Estellar shirt, Panda jumps on the drink and gets it on his shirt instead.
