Part 2 of the Gobbowl Arc
Real Gobbly, consisting Ruel, Percedal, and his old Gobbowl teammates, face off against Lamechester United, headed by Kriss Krass. However, their opponents are tougher than one could hope, and winning that money for a trip to Oma Island may be just a far away dream...
Tropes:
- The Bus Came Back: Kabrok and Miranda makes a cameo as one of the few Real fans.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Real Gobbly, featuring mostly old men and one Idiot Hero, are crushed by Lamechester United in the first half.
- Darkest Hour: By the end of the episode, the Real Gobblies have barely scored one goal thanks to Ruel, and Dally's only attempt to score ended up scoring against his own team.
- Epic Fail: Dally's epic goal will go down in legend... if only because he made an epic score in his own's teams goalpost. Ruel has to be restrained after this.
- Fartillery: The first mid-time special event consist in a storm of greenish-brown egg which are actually Bwork's farts, soon covering the entire field in a pestilent green cloud that slowly takes out everyone.
- Flat Joy: While Yugo and Amalia are able to do some earnest cheers while on the side lines, Eva can't be bothered to even smile in her role as a cheerleader.
- Negated Moment of Awesome: Dally does an incredible, slow-mo score, which amazes everyone... because he went for Real's goal, and scored against his team!
- Shield Bash: When Sadlygrove asks Posho how to use the shield to send out shockwaves, he accidentally sends him flying, with the bonus of losing his only shield charge for some time.
- Your Mom: Stealth example, when Kriss claims that it were his father's exploits at Gobbowl that pushed him to become a player, not Ruel's, the old Enutrof mentions that he was quite popular with the ladies in the past and casually mentions that for what he knows, he could be Kriss' actual father.
