Andromeda’s Babysitter
Milky Way leaves for an adventure, and The Moon babysits Andromeda. Unfortunately Andromeda doesn’t want a babysitter, so she tries to scare The Moon out of doing her job.
"Andromeda’s Babysitter" contains examples of:
- Agony of the Feet: A scene was cut of The Moon stepping painfully on a LEGO brick.
- Break the Cutie: After all the abuse she went through, the final straw was Andromeda taking the remote from her, leaving The Moon to cry.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: Milky Way’s house looks basic and generic in the flashback, which was redesigned in “Tarri-fic Chocolate”.
- Easter Egg: The first shot of Marvin the Monster has the Sun character’s face being replaced by The Sun’s herself, with a disgusted look on her face.
- Jerkass Ball: This is the only episode that portrays Andromeda as an antagonist. Any other episode she’s genuinely much sweeter, or angry for the right reason.
- Jerkass Realization: When The Moon cries after all the abuse she was given, Andromeda finally realizes her errors, apologizes, and makes up with her.
- Minimalist Cast: The only main characters to appear are Milky Way and The Moon, as well as Andromeda.
- Noodle Incident: Apparently, Andromeda managed to set the whole house on fire just trying to make hot dogs.
- Pain to the Ass: The Moon ends up sitting on a bunch of push pins, leading to a shot of her butt full of pins.
- Pie in the Face: The very first prank Andromeda unleashes on The Moon is hanging a pie from a slightly opened front door, causing it to fall on her face.
- Shout-Out:
- Andromeda’s pranks on The Moon, particularly the one where she heats up the doorknob, is based on Home Alone.
- Marvin the Monster, the star of Andromeda’s favorite show, is based off Elmo.
