    Season 1 
  1. "Darkness Rising, Part 1": Optimus Prime and his unit, Team Prime, come to the aid of a group of human children after the return of the Decepticons.
  2. "Darkness Rising, Part 2": Team Prime searches for a lead on Cliffjumper’s whereabouts in a Decepticon mine.
  3. "Darkness Rising, Part 3": Optimus and Ratchet investigate Megatron’s agenda while Bulkhead is left to babysit the kids at the base.
  4. "Darkness Rising, Part 4": The Autobots fight their way through the Nemesis with the kids in tow to rescue Agent Fowler.
  5. "Darkness Rising, Part 5": The Autobots do battle with Megatron on the Decepticon space bridge orbiting the Earth.
  6. "Masters and Students": Starscream’s search for a following leads him to discover something far more intriguing.

  10. "Deus ex Machina": When Bulkhead and Miko find a lead on a Cybertronian Energon harvester on Earth, the race is on to claim it before new Decepticon arrivals Knock Out and Breakdown.
  11. "Speed Metal": Knock Out and Jack are drawn into the world of underground racing.
  12. "Predatory": One of Arcee’s worst enemies from her past arrives on Earth to hunt her and Jack.
  13. "Sick Mind": When Optimus is infected by a Decepticon plague, Bumblebee and Arcee search the Nemesis for the cure, only to find they have to search inside Megatron’s mind for it.
  14. "Out Of His Head": As Starscream’s rise to power climaxes, Megatron makes a bid for revenge using Bumblebee.
  15. "Shadowzone": After a Groundbridge incident, the kids are trapped inside an alternate dimension with a zombified Skyquake.
  16. "Operation: Breakdown": Bulkhead finds he is the only one able to help when his rival Breakdown is captured by MECH.
  17. "Crisscross": Airachnid teams up with Silas and MECH, and they target Jack’s mother June.
  18. "Metal Attraction": Bulkhead and Arcee face off with Breakdown and Airachnid over the Polarity Gauntlet.
  19. "Rock Bottom": Jack, Miko, Bulkhead, and Arcee get trapped in an abandoned mine with Megatron and Starscream.
  20. "Partners": Starscream asks the Autobots to let him join their team after one too many punishments from Megatron.
  21. "T.M.I.": A formula for synthetic Energon is uploaded into Bulkhead’s mind.
  22. "Stronger, Faster": Ratchet takes the unfinished SynthEn sample in a bid to do more to help the team, with negative side effects.
  23. "One Shall Fall": A prophecy in the Covenant of Primus predicts dark times ahead, which Megatron intends to see through.
  24. "One Shall Rise, Part 1": The Autobots are shocked to learn that Dark Energon is responsible for a wave of natural disasters.
  25. "One Shall Rise, Part 2": Megatron proposes an alliance with the Autobots against their common enemy.
  26. "One Shall Rise, Part 3": The battle at the Earth’s core comes at a terrible cost.
    Season 2 
  1. "Orion Pax, Part 1": Megatron manipulates Orion Pax into joining the Decepticons.
  2. "Orion Pax, Part 2": The Autobots search for the Decepticon space bridge to send Jack to fulfill his destiny.
  3. "Orion Pax, Part 3": The Autobots try to hold the space bridge while Jack completes his mission.
  4. "Operation: Bumblebee, Part 1": Bumblebee questions his worth to the team when his greatest asset is compromised after a run-in with MECH.
  5. "Operation: Bumblebee, Part 2": Bumblebee goes after MECH and their new ally Starscream while the other Autobots try to retrieve the Forge of Solus Prime.
  6. "Loose Cannons": Wheeljack returns to Earth battling the Decepticon Dreadwing.
  7. "Crossfire": Airachnid uses an Insecticon warrior to challenge Megatron for leadership of the Decepticons.
  8. "Nemesis Prime": MECH’s ultimate plan is unveiled after an attack on a human military base.
  9. "Grill": Fowler is brought in before his superior General Bryce to explain recent events.
  10. "Armada": Bulkhead is trapped aboard the Nemesis amid dual attempts on Megatron’s life.
  11. "Flying Mind": Megatron’s attempt to use Dark Energon on the Nemesis results in the long-dormant mind of the ship reviving and incapacitating the Decepticons.
  12. "Tunnel Vision": As the Autobots and Decepticons spread out to find the four relics, Jack and Miko journey into New York’s underground with Bumblebee and Arcee.
  13. "Triangulation": Optimus is caught between a series of fraying alliances between himself, Dreadwing, and Starscream during a mission to Antarctica.
  14. "Triage": Ratchet and Wheeljack make a bid for the complete Iacon database during the third relic hunt.
  15. "Toxicity": Bulkhead finds himself pushed to the limit battling the Insecticon warrior Hardshell during the final relic hunt.
  16. "Hurt": Miko and Wheeljack embark on a quest for revenge.
  17. "Out of the Past": Arcee tells Miko the story of how she met Cliffjumper.
  18. "New Recruit": Autobot Smokescreen arrives on Earth to join Team Prime.
  19. "The Human Factor": Silas is given a new lease on life and tries to join the Decepticons.
  20. "Legacy": Megatron desperately tries to keep the latest Iacon relic out of Optimus’s hands - the legendary Star Saber.
  21. "Alpha; Omega": While Optimus learns the true purpose behind the Iacon relics, Megatron goes to extreme measures to harness the powers of the Primes.
  22. "Hard Knocks": As the race grows more desperate, Smokescreen turns out to be far more important to the mission than anyone realized.
  23. "Inside Job": Starscream makes his play to recover the final Iacon relics all at once.
  24. "Patch": Megatron conducts a cortical psychic patch on Starscream to see if he’s worthy to rejoin the Decepticons.
  25. "Regeneration": Given a much-needed asset by an unexpected source, the Autobots head to Cybertron to confront the Decepticons.
  26. "Darkest Hour": Optimus is forced to make a desperate decision for Cybertron’s future that may have been for naught.
    Season 3: Beast Hunters 
  1. "Darkmount, NV": The Decepticons settle into their new base as the Autobots are forced to flee for their lives.
  2. "Scattered": Wheeljack manages a small victory while Shockwave joins Megatron’s command structure.
  3. "Prey": Ultra Magnus arrives on Earth to reunite the scattered Autobot forces.
  4. "Rebellion": The Autobots wage war on the Decepticon citadel.
  5. "Project Predacon": While adjusting to their new group dynamic, the Autobots learn of Megatron’s scheme to clone an army of Predacons.
  6. "Chain of Command": Ultra Magnus and Wheeljack clash as the Wreckers head to Scotland for a Predacon fossil.
  7. "Plus One": Fowler and June’s maybe-date retrieving a Predacon fossil goes sideways when they run afoul of Knock Out.
  8. "Thirst": Starscream and Knock Out accidentally create a horde of Energon vampires that threaten the Nemesis.
  9. "Evolution": On the eve of Project Predacon’s completion, Megatron makes a startling discovery that leads him to conclude the project must be terminated.
  10. "Minus One": The Decepticons turn their efforts towards rebuilding the Omega Lock.
  11. "Persuasion": Megatron appeals to Ratchet to help him repair the Omega Lock.
  12. "Synthesis": A fatal mistake leads to Predaking learning the truth about Project Predacon.
  13. "Deadlock": The Autobots storm the Nemesis in the final battle for the Omega Lock.
    Epilogue TV Movie 
  • "Predacons Rising": Autobots, Decepticons, and Predacons team up against a threat to Cybertron itself as a new era begins.
