Lin Setsu A duels Betsu Ten Gai, with Lin successfully crushing Betsu Ten Gai's spirit and stealing his pride. Because of this, Betsu Ten Gai destroys the Tengyouken, allowing You Ja Rei to be released without any threat of being sealed again. Syou Fu Kan, Ken San Un, and Tan Hi find Lin after this happens, and Syou decides to face You Ja Rei himself. As the fight starts, he reveals he has in his possession thirty-six swords more powerful than the Tengyouken that he has collected in his homeland, and uses one to banish You Ja Rei to the far reaches of outer space, ending the demon god's threat once and for all. He leaves the sword in the care of Ken San Un and Tan Hi who now have a new holy ground to protect, and departs, but not before receiving a parting gift of an umbrella from Lin Setsu A, as it will rain soon. However, the rain is more like a storm, so he tosses the umbrella aside, landing on top of a Buddha statue. Lin Setsu A follows him, knowing that Syou Fu Kan will be the target of other villainous people who will be perfect "prey" for his thievery.
Tropes:
- Book Ends: The series starts with Syou Fu Kan taking an umbrella from a Buddha statue, and ends with him giving another umbrella to the same statue.
- Cool Sword: Ken begins to train the way of the sword using a sword that looks very similar to Tai Kou's main weapon in episode 13. It's possible since he's married into the Tan Clan, Tan Hi passed down her deceased brother's sword to him
- Greater-Scope Villain: As powerful as Syou Fu Kan is and despite possessing 36 weapons that even the gods would fear, he's running from enemies who want those weapons and will take them by force. He's confident they've lost his trail for now, but equally certain they'll show up again unless he can safely dispose the 36 weapons.
- Hyperspace Arsenal: Syou Fu Kan has one. He manages to summon a scroll after casting a spell. Said scroll contains 36 legendary swords.
- Not So Stoic: The only time Lin Setsu A truly loses his cool is when Betsu Ten Gai destroys the Tengyouken out of spite and even smiled as he dies.
- Official Couple: Tan Hi and Ken San Un.
- Sequel Hook: Syou Fu Kan still has 35 more magic swords to dispose of, and plenty of enemies who want him dead to have those swords for himself, a fact that Lin Setsu A finds unbearably intriguing.
