Getting only a small weekly allowance, Kevin meets a fellow student who has a part-time job as a caddy and gets tipped well for it, so Kevin decides to become a caddy. Kevin's first client is Jack's boss, who is playing golf against Jack.

- Down to the Last Play: At the last hole, Jack has his boss beat by two points and can easily beat him. But seeing how hard his son has worked and wants the tip, Jack purposely misses until his boss has the better score.
- Inflation Negation: Kevin does chores around the house as suggested by his dad to earn money to go out with his friends. Kevin's dad is a stickler though, and for all his effort he gets a dollar from his dad's wallet. There are sound effects of a safe opening and closing when his dad opens his wallet too.
- Picked Last: Kevin is the last caddy picked. However, the caddy at school who had told him about a client who gives big tips informs him that that particular golfer has shown up to play.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: After Wayne complains about getting only a five dollar allowance (again), Jack tells him and Kevin that their problem is they don't understand the value of a dollar.
- When I Was Your Age...: Part of Jack's "reason you suck speech" involves this, saying that he had to walk to school.
