Sticky joins a group of bullies named The Altos after his parents get a divorce, which makes Penny and her friends worried. Oscar becomes a sponsor for the Wizard Kelly Scavenger Hunt.

- Yank the Dog's Chain: Even after standing up for Sticky and putting the Altos in their place, the episode still goes out of its way to torment Oscar by having him locked out of Wizard Kelly's mansion and being chased by guard dogs.
