Bubbles and Buttercup get into trying to contact aliens and build a gate with the help of one of their classmates, Barry. Blossom dismisses that aliens aren't real and the gate doesn't seem to work. However that night, an alien does indeed come through dubbed Chiru and she befriends it. However it suddenly disappers the following day and Blossom must convince her sisters that Chiru is real.

- Big Damn Heroes: Chiru comes to save the day when a alien monster reaches through the portal and grab everyone.
- Cassandra Truth: Blossom in the middle when she does meet an alien, but when trying to tell her sisters, they don't believe her due to a prank she had pull earlier.
- Continuity Snarl: Blossom comments that aliens aren't real, but she has met one not only a few episodes ago ("Never Been Blissed"). And, if we're going by the old continuity which this show kinda follows,they have likewise fought a few before ("Beat Your Greens", "Forced Kin").
- Hypocritical Humor: When Blossom tries to go out of her way to prove Chiru is real. Buttercup cites her as crazy to which she lists if it's crazy to try to contact said alien...and dress a raccoon in a Napoleon outfit.
- I Told You So: Blossom toward her sisters and Barry at the end of the episode when Chiru comes to save them.Buttercup: You're still a nutbar!
- Mythology Gag: Blossom drinking strawberry milk which she also did in the old "Got Milk" ads back then
