The girls and the Professor spend a vacation at the Abundant Aranita Resort, run by Javier Xavier. But the vacation is suddenly interrupted by the invasion of a mysterious creature. When the girls enter its lair to investigate, they are attacked by spiders and meet up with Sapna, the Professor's old love interest who is now a hybrid arachnid beast due to the pollution coming from the resort.

- Bilingual Bonus: The aranita flower is named after the Spanish word for "little spider".
- Brick Joke: Javier Xavier uses coasters as makeshift Frisbees. He throws them, narrowly missing a parrot. He does this at the end as well, causing the parrot to calls its friends and together attack Javier.
- "Everybody Laughs" Ending: The girls, the Professor and Sapna when the parrots attack Javier.
- Green Aesop: The contamination that mutated Sapna and the spiders came from the resort, which was wasting resources and somehow created the green substance that polluted the river.
- Let's Meet the Meat: Implied. When the girls hear a roar coming from the spiders' cave, Buttercup yells "EAT BUBBLES FIRST! SHE'S THE MEATIEST!!"
