Film: Lost in Space (1998)
This review contains examples of:
- Call-Back: "OF COURSE!", first used in the Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat review.
- Dull Surprise: The Critic mercilessly mocks William Hurt as John Robinson for this, equating his performance to Kevin Costner.
- Manipulative Editing: The supposed Mood Whiplash of West ("Save your speeches. I like you.") looked that way because the Critic didn't play the rest of his line:West: Save the speeches. I like you, but the fate of the Earth is at stake here. I'm going to do whatever I think it takes to ensure the success of this mission. With or without your help. Is that clear, Professor?
- Running Gag: The Critic saying "WAH WAH WAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" after a bad joke.
- Worst. Whatever. Ever!: He goes so far as to compare it to Batman & Robin in its corniness, acting, and nonsensical plot.
"I love you, wife."
