  1. A New Beginning: In the distant future, the planet Primus is under siege by the Evil Mutants of Denebria. The Galactic Guardians send for help from the past. He-Man volunteers and travels to Primus, but Skeletor follows them and makes an alliance with the Evil Mutants.
  2. Quest for the Crystals: An important generator on Primus is damaged, so He-Man must go to Denebria and retrieve special crystals to recharge it.
  3. The Heat: The scientists working on the generator are kidnapped, so they must be rescued before Primus' core overheats.
  4. Attack on Onnor: Skeletor tricks Werban into lowering Primus' shield, allowing the Evil Mutants to attack the city of Onnor.
  5. The Ultimate Challenge: Skeletor challenges He-Man to a duel while the Evil Mutants use the distraction to attack Primus.
  6. Sword & Staff: Skeletor finds a crystal that greatly enhances the holder's strength.
  7. The Pen Is Mightier Than the Sword... Or Is It?: Paintings start coming to life and attacking people.
  8. Glastnost Schmaznost: The Galactic Council orders Primus and Denebria to start peace negotiations, which Skeletor naturally takes advantage of.
  9. The Youngest Hero: The child Caz recklessly charges into battle, wanting to be a hero, but is quickly captured and held hostage.
  10. The Festival of Lights: During the Festival of Lights, Skeletor befriends the star of a rodeo to allow his forces to infiltrate it.
  11. The Gift: Flogg, leader of the Evil Mutants, gives Primus adorable creatures called Zeps as a peace offering, but the Zeps are hiding a dark secret.
  12. Skeletor's Victory: As a result of the previous episode, He-Man and Mara have been forced to flee into the wilderness and Skeletor orders them hunted down.
  13. He-Man in Exile: Skeletor continues to hunt He-Man while He-Man teaches villagers to defend themselves.
  14. The Seeds of Resistance: While the scientists of Primus try to stop the Zeps, Adam and Mara try to free their comrades.
  15. The Battle for Levitan: Skeletor threatens to destroy the city of Levitan unless He-Man surrenders.
  16. Crack in the World: Skeletor tricks the scientists into creating Energon, a substance that starts destroying Primus.
  17. Escape from Gaolotia: The Evil Mutants take over the prison ship Gaolotia and capture Caz and Drissi. He-Man must rescue them before Gaolotia collides with a comet.
  18. He-Man Mutant: He-Man attempts to infiltrate the Evil Mutants by transforming into a Mutant, but he forgets his identity and joins them for real.
  19. Juggernaut: The Galactic Guardians rescue a little girl, unaware she is actually a cyborg working for Skeletor.
  20. Fading Star: An ancient hero named Dukan is found and awoken from suspended animation. Unable to adjust to the future and determined to prove his might, he challenges Skeletor to a duel.
  21. Skeletor's Revenge: The scientists create a master computer to control all of Primus, but Skeletor uses a virus to control it.
  22. The Mind Lens: Skeletor uses the Mind Lens to control people's minds.
  23. Adam's Adventure: Skeletor uses a brainwave detector to track down He-Man, but gets confused because He-Man is in his Adam form at the time.
  24. Collision Course: Skeletor plans to use a gravity-controlling machine to pull Primus out of its orbit.
  25. Planet of Junk: The Evil Mutants lure the scientists to an asteroid to kidnap them and force them to fix several devices.
  26. Sanctuary: When Flogg's new laser cannon breaks, it emits a toxic gas that weakens Primus' shield and He-Man.
  27. Council of Clones: The Galactic Guardians capture a clone-creating device from Skeletor and use it on their council members to spread the workload. Unfortunately, Skeletor takes control of the clones.
  28. Cold Freeze: Primus' sun is blocked, leading to an ice age.
  29. He-Caz: When Caz is injured, he is put in a suit that increases his strength and speed, causing him to become reckless.
  30. Slaves to the Machine: The Evil Mutants go to the planet Makkina to purchase new equipment and the Galactic Guardians follow them. There, they learn the machines have taken over the planet.
  31. The Galactic Guardians: During a camping trip, the Galactic Guardians reminisce about a past battle.
  32. The Siege of Serus: A living asteroid threatens the underwater city of Serus.
  33. The Children's Planet: The Galactic Guardians attempt to destroy the planet Omega 4 when it is discovered to hold the deadly substance Black Omega, only to find the planet is inhabited.
  34. Zone of Darkness: Mara and Serbian crash land on a a remote part of Denebria. When He-Man tries to rescue them, he learns it is inhabited by friendly Mutants who oppose Flogg's rule.
  35. Once Upon a Time: The Sorceress of Grayskull temporarily sends Teela to Primus to assist He-Man just as Skeletor attempts to find volumes of the Encyclopedia of Evil.
  36. A Plague Upon Primus: The Evil Mutants unleash a gas on Primus that turns men into cowards, forcing Mara and Drissi to lead the women in defending their world while He-Man searches for an antidote.
  37. The Test of Time: The Galactic Guardians must acquire Beryllium from Denebria to power the floating city of Levitan or else it will fall out of the sky.
  38. Four Ways To Sundown: The Galactic Guardians and the Evil Mutants separately reminisce about the Battle of Quagmi Swamp from their biased and self-aggrandizing points of view, much to He-Man and Skeletor's exasperation.
  39. The Sheriff of Gorn City: Flipshot is assigned as the sheriff of Gorn City, but it is a trap for He-Man.
  40. The New Wizard in Town: The evil wizard Ramlin plots to steal the powers of all the other wizards.
  41. The Nemesis Within: Skeletor creates an evil clone of He-Man.
  42. He-Fan: A woman named Melindra who is obsessed with He-Man attempts to join him in battle.
  43. The Dream Zone: Skeletor uses a device to attack people in their dreams.
  44. Brain Drain: Skeletor manages to enhance the Evil Mutants' intelligence, but this backfires when they overthrow him and Flogg.
  45. You're In the Army Now: Because of Adam constantly running away from battles to become He-Man, he is accused of cowardice and treason and put on trial. Now Adam must prove his innocence without revealing his secret identity.
  46. No Easy Way: The Galactic Guardians explore a new moon and find hostile plant life.
  47. The Guns of Nordor: Flogg threatens Primus with extremely powerful weapons, so the Galactic Guardians try to destroy them.
  48. The Bride of Slushhead: The Evil Mutant Slushhead is getting married and invites the Galactic Guardians to the wedding.
  49. Dreadator: Skeletor and Flogg goad an undefeated gladiator called Dreadator into fighting He-Man.
  50. Mutiny on the Mothership: Some of Flogg's followers attempt to overthrow him.
  51. Rock to the Future: A 1980's rock star from Earth called Hank Rappa gets transported to the Evil Mutants' home. Skeletor uses him as a pawn to lure the Galactic Guardians into a trap.
  52. The Running of the Herd: Sagitar returns to his home planet accompanied by the Galactic Guardians for the Running of the Herd celebration, but the Evil Mutants have taken the planet over.
  53. Balance of Power: The Galactic Guardian attempt to negotiate peace between the peaceful Mytes and the warlike Gleanons, while Crita of the Evil Mutants plots with the Gleanons.
  54. The Tornadoes of Zil: The Galactic Guardians attempt to help the planet Zil which is ravaged by storms and tornadoes.
  55. The Taking of Levitan: The Evil Mutants and Gleanons plot to destroy Levitan.
  56. Save Our City: The Gleanons and Crita make a new plot to subjugate the Mytes, so He-Man and Mara must save them.
  57. The Power of the Good and the Way of the Magic: Skeletor and Flogg plot to conquer neighboring planets to cut off supplies to Primus.
  58. Queen's Gambit: He-Man is busy saving Primus from a giant meteor, so Mara must defend the Mytes on her own.
  59. There's Gems In Them Hills: Skeletor hires mercenaries to attack Primus.
  60. The Call to the Games: Two extremely powerful ships attack the Galactic Guardian and the Evil Mutants at the same time, then invite them to compete in their games.
  61. The Blacksmith of Crelus: To prepare for the games, the Galactic Guardians and Evil Mutants seek the blacksmith Yolt to make new weapons for them.
  62. A Time To Leave: The Galactic Guardians ask the warrior Wolk to train them for the games.
  63. The Games: The Galactic Guardians and Evil Mutants compete in the games; the villains of course cheat at every turn.
  64. Flogg's Revenge: As the Galactic Guardians celebrate their victory in the games, Skeletor and Flogg take hostages and challenge He-Man to a fight.
  65. The Final Invasion: The hosts of the games capture the Galactic Guardians for their zoo while the Evil Mutants launch an invasion of Primus.
