Cosmo is picked to host the annual Fairy Convention, and he holds it in Timmy's bathroom, on the same night where the Turners are having Mr. Crocker over for dinner after Timmy unexpectedly passes a test.
Tropes:
- Been There, Shaped History: The opening scene reveals that Binky was apparently responsible for unleashing the Black Plague on Europe, because he mistakenly thought it was the name of a rock band instead of a deadly disease.
- Crazy Jealous Guy: Mr. Turner starts acting very possessive towards his wife (as well as his entire house) when Mr. Crocker comes over.
- I'm Standing Right Here: Mr. Crocker starts talking about how he wants to use the dinner at Timmy's house to find his fairy godparents... while Timmy is still in the class and right in front of him. He later does the same in front of Timmy's parents.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: The pop diva Britney Britney is a clear parody of Britney Spears.
- Scantron Picture: This is actually how Timmy managed to pass the test - he filled out the dots in a way that made a smiley face and by sheer luck, happened to get all the correct answers by doing that. Of course, Crocker being Crocker assumes it's because he used fairy godparents.
- Sign of the Apocalypse: Timmy's friends see him getting a good grade on a test as this.
- Sure, Let's Go with That: Said word to word by Cosmo when Timmy assumes that Cosmo picked Turner's bathroom because people have to knock before they enter.
- Tempting Fate: When Cosmo and Wanda ask Timmy if they can continue having the convention in his family bathroom:
