With outside still flooded after the tsunami, the colonists are forced to stay inside the alien structure while resources quickly start to run low.

Tropes:

The Immune: Holden is immune to the blinding sickness taking hold amongst all of the other colonists.
Regional Redecoration: The main continent on Ilus/New Terra has been reduced to a number of smaller landmasses after the massive tsunami.
The Reveal: Murtry shares with Wei the real reason why he's been so adamant about getting the Belter settlers off of Ilus: he has been promised a share of 1% of the profits from the planet if he can successfully convince the Belters to leave by the time the mission is up. He also tries to convince her he will share that if they also get the protomolecule tech intact, which will increase the value of the planet, and therefore Murtry's share, exponentially.
