Gone Swimming, Clothes Stolen: The first of at least two episodes featuring Bo and Luke skinny-dipping does indeed involve girls, although viewers hoping to catch some bare-shouldered chicks will be disappointed as the fully clothed hotties simply run off with their boyfriends' clothes. Bo and Luke give chase au natural until they literally run into Rosco. Rosco is gleeful until he sees the boys bare-chested ... and then he (very hesitantly) looks inside, sees their lack of attire, and (just as hesitantly) adds to their long list of charges, "...in...decent...exposure."
Skinny Dipping: Done as Fanservice to draw young 18-to-25-year-old women to the show, to see sex symbols John Schneider and Tom Wopat (who were 18 and 27, respectively, when this episode was filmed in 1979) bare-chested. Sadly, such is not the case for Bo and Luke's 20-something dates ... although it is strongly implied that they have skinny dipped with many, many pretty girls in their late teens and early 20s before, on many occasions.
