Bebop and Rocksteady try and kidnap the young heiress of a philanthropic fuel company in yet another bid to power the Technodrome and the Turtles have to look after her.
Tropes:
- Crazy-Prepared: Shredder makes Bebop and Rocksteady take every hand-weapon they have and 17 different tracking devices, not wanting to leave this mission to chance. Unfortunately, "chance" still gets in the way as the Turtles just happen to be there when they show up to kidnap her.
- Tsundere: Buffy acts all sweet and refined for the cameras, but then acts like a Spoiled Brat when the cameras are turned off. Her brattiness is so potent, it breaks a machine meant to extract information out of her head. That said, it's pretty clear that she's a Lonely Rich Kid resentful of the responsibility of being made CEO of Shellhammer Chemicals at her age.
- Ungrateful Bitch: The Turtles save Buffy from a kidnapping and Splinter heals her injured ankle, but all she gives them in return are insults and derision. It takes the entire episode before she lightens up.
