The Titans realize they haven't seen Silkie for a long time, and wonder what happened to him.
- The Ahnold: The Framing Device is that all of the Titans' ideas for what Silkie has been up to is the abridged biography of Arnold Schwarzenegger. After he gets out of being The Unintelligible, he even has Arnold's Austrian accent.
- Bicep Kiss / Pec Flex: Silkie does this in Robin's Imagine Spot.
- Curbstomp Battle: Silkie's "campaign" against the Penguin is this.
- Face on a Milk Carton: Starfire holds up a Missing poster of Silkie.
- Imagine Spot: The Titans spend the entire episode in Titan Tower looking for Silkie, but keep imagining the amazing adventure Silkie is having based on the clues they find.
- Lawyer-Friendly Cameo: While they do outright use the names Linda Hamilton, Wesley Snipes and Jean-Claude Van Damme, their faces are obscured by food or money.
- Lethal Chef: Silkie may have made money as an action star... but he can't cook.
- Real After All: In the end, after trying to follow Silkie's slime trail leads to a dead end with no clues left, the other Titans admit that they were being intentionally imaginative when wondering what happened to Silkie in order to try and distract Starfire, and admit that they might never know what really happened to him. As they walk away, the camera then pans to Silkie's food bowl, which contains a note stating "I'll be back! - Silkie".
- Shout-Out: Silkie's pose while flexing his calves makes him look like DIO.
- Suddenly Voiced: This is the first time the Penguin has spoken in the show.
- Toilet Humor: In Raven's portion of the Imagine Spot, The Penguin's main election platform is advocating for birds pooping on random strangers, leading Silkie to run for governor on the platform of making all birds wear diapers.
- Tropey, Come Home: The episode's plot kicks off when Starfire realizes that her "little Bumgorf" is missing from the Tower and asks the other Titans to help find Silkie.
- The Unintelligible: Silkie is this until his acting coach finds out that he's literally tongue tied.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: An in-universe example is the Titans wondering what happened to Silkie.
