- Call-Back: The leprechaun trap that the other Titans set up ends up catching Robin, who they then force into his leprechaun form from 'Beast Boy's St. Patrick's Day Luck And It's Bad'.
- Here We Go Again!: After curing Beast Boy and ending his obsession with gold caused by being a leprechaun, Raven, Starfire, and Cyborg, who became leprechauns themselves to stop him, become obsessed with gold.
- Jumping Off the Slippery Slope: The reason Robin thinks leprechaun life is hard. Becoming a leprechaun means becoming too much obsessed with gold.
- The Mind Is The Plaything Of The Body: Robin hates being a leprechaun because it causes him to develop the compulsion to repair shoes, horde cereal, and makes you obsessed with gold. Beast Boy gains the same compulsions when he's transformed into a leprechaun, with none of Robin's restraint.
- Start X to Stop X: In order to stop Beast Boy after he's turned into a leprechaun, Robin enchants the other Titans into also becoming leprechauns, leading to a Here We Go Again! after Beast Boy is stopped.
- Wasteful Wishing: The Titans' idea of getting leprechaun wishes: get hats, turn them sideways, then backwards. The first time, Beast Boy interrupts the last wish in order to become a leprechaun himself, and the second time, after making the exact same first two wishes, Robin interrupts to wish Beast Boy back to normal.
