Recap / Supermarioglitchy4s Super Mario 64 Bloopers A Totally Normal SMG 4 Episode

Go To

Mario wakes up on a perfectly normal day for some spaghetti... only that it's not, and thanks to SMG3, he learns that the Glitchy Gang has been erased, and that Snitch Productions now owns SMG4's channel. Now there's only a small window to bring everyone back, but it won't be easy....

  • Bad Boss: SMG3 proves to be one to his Snitch Productions crew (except Melony), threatening to shoot them if they don't stick to the script. Among other things, he destroys Rob's corn, doesn't care in the slightest about JubJub's despair, yells at Whimpu for acting nothing like Saiko, and outright tortures Belle when she says SMG4 was better. Is it any wonder why all but Weegee Doll (who was already evil to begin with) didn't help out when Mario showed up?
  • Beware the Silly Ones: Mario of all people gets in on this, as he manages to chase SMG3 while taking down taking down TWO Oof Buttons, and highjacking a THIRD one, all so he can help free his friends - And Susan - from the Internet Graveyard by going after SMG3's phone.
  • Blatant Lies: The episode title says its a "A Totally Normal SMG4 Episode." It's anything but that...
  • Chess Master: SMG3 proves to be one yet again when it's revealed that he gave the remote to the Weegee Doll while he distracted Mario, meaning he came out on top yet again. Unfortunately for him, he didn't notice Mario pickpocketing his phone, thus allowing those trapped in the Internet Graveyard to escape from it.
  • Cliffhanger Copout: Its played like this, what with Mario waking up in his house, then he wakes up to eat some spaghetti until Luigi shows up, telling him SMG4 requested their assistance. Then everything starts glitching out...
  • Death Glare:
    • The entire Anti-cast gives SMG3 one for zapping Belle.
    • Mario gives a magnificent one to SMG3 before he starts chasing him down.
Mario: (With flaming eyes) I'm about whip somebody's ass.
  • Failed a Spot Check: Mario when SMG3 makes it known to him that he doesn't have the remote anymore.
    • Implied with SMG3 himself when he doesn't realize that Mario took the one thing needed to free Susan, SMG4 and the Glitch Productions Crew from the Internet Graveyard.
  • Five-Second Foreshadowing: While fleeing from Mario, SMG3 has the Weegee Doll do him a "favour", after Mario catches up to him, it revealed what the "favour" was; use the remote and spawn countless Oof Buttons.
  • A Glitch in the Matrix: The first part of the episode has the SMG3's Gang-as-SMG4's but Mario glitching out like crazy, with Mario naturally being freaked out.
Mario: St-stay back. All of you!
  • Green-Eyed Monster: Proven once again with SMG3 when Belle says SMG4 was better, he responds with zapping her.
SMG3: I AM BETTER THAN SMG4! ANYTHING HE CAN DO, I CAN DO BETTER! ROLL CREDITS!
  • My God, What Have I Done?: JubJub clearly has regret over what happened to Fishy Boopkins.
  • Not Quite Dead: SMG4 and the others, it turns out, weren't actually Ret-Gonned in "Deleted." Rather, they were sent to the Internet Graveyard, and have been hanging out in the Starbucks with Susan.
  • Oh, Crap!: SMG3 has one when it's made known to him that Mario - thanks to Susan WizzleWozzle - got unfrozen and is now wanting to beat the daylights out of him.
  • Preview Piggybacking: The start of the video features the teaser trailer for the second season of Meta Runner.
  • Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies: When Belle says that SMG4 was better than him, he zaps her and then decides to roll the end credits early.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: As it turns out, Susan was erased before SMG3 started the events of "Deleted.", and was banished like the rest of the Glitchy Gang to the Internet Graveyard. She and Mario are still at odds with each other, but in order to stop SMG3, she frees Mario to have him get the remote.
  • Skewed Priorities: Most of the cast want to get out of the Internet Graveyard to defeat SMG3 and get his channel and their lives back. Bob? Well...
Boopkins: Aww, I like it here! Do we have to go back?
Bob: (clearly suffering from withdrawl) YES PLEASE, GOD, GET US OUT! TWITTER IS BLOCKED HERE SO I CAN’T SEE BIG ANIME TITTIES!
    • Prior to that, Fishy Boopkins actually likes the Internet Graveyard and initially doesn't want to go.
  • Wham Shot:
    • SMG3 smiling once Mario catches up to him.
SMG3: Mario, my man. You were always gonna lose.
    • Then, when Mario's been banished back to the Internet Graveyard and it seemed like Mario failed to do anything, he smiles when its revealed that he pick-pocketed SMG3's phone like originally planned.
