    Season One 
The Pilot Movie released on August 15, 2008 began the series and the first episode to air after it premiered on October 3, 2008.

The Republic and the Separatists are at war, pitting armies of clone troopers and battle droids against each other. As the Jedi serve as generals on the front lines, both sides compete for advantages in technology, warfare, and also seek to persuade more efforts to join them. Anakin Skywalker contends with his new padawan Ahsoka Tano.

    Season Two (Rise of the Bounty Hunters
The Clone Wars rage on across the galaxy, with the Separatists turning to bounty hunters to complete tasks for them - particularly Cad Bane, the galaxy's best, who proves to be an intimidating threat that even the Jedi learn to be wary of. Conflict soon comes to the world of Mandalore, a planet that Obi-Wan has ties to, as well as back to Geonosis, which soon plays host to another major battle. As all this is going on, the young Boba Fett makes his bid to take revenge on Mace Windu for the murder of his father.

    Season Three (Secrets Revealed
Battles continue to be waged not just on the battlefield but in the Republic Senate. While Padme and others seek to find some sort of peaceful end to the conflict that is affecting races and planets across the galaxy, a dark phantom wishes to ensure her efforts fail. As the years pass, Ahsoka begins to mature and come into her own as she takes in everything around her, but nothing prepares her, Anakin, and Obi-Wan for a fateful encounter in a realm on the planet Mortis. On the Separatist side, Asajj Ventress finds herself alone and betrayed, and rejoins her old family on Dathomir seeking revenge on her former master Count Dooku.

    Season Four (Battle Lines
The war intensifies as darker elements come into play. Captain Rex and the 501st find themselves under the command of a bullheaded Jedi who forces them to contend with their very identity, while Anakin is personally shaken when Obi-Wan goes undercover during a mission to infiltrate the Separatists. Obi-Wan soon is forced to confront the darkest foe from his past, however, when events culminate in the return of his old nemesis - the former Sith apprentice Darth Maul.

    Season Five 
The Republic makes efforts to aid a nascent rebellion against the Separatists on the planet Onderon, but public opinion of the Jedi begins to turn against them as time goes on and incidents mount. Maul makes his bid for power on Mandalore, forming a powerful crime syndicate in his goal to bring down his most hated enemies. By the time he's done, both sides of the war will be mourning their dead. Meanwhile, Anakin is forced to launch an investigation to clear Ahsoka's name after a bombing on Coruscant, but Ahsoka herself must make a choice that will change her destiny.

    Season Six (The Lost Missions
The war is slowly leaning in the favor of the Republic, but at what cost? A clone trooper discovers the existence of a secret hidden command, Protocol 66, and goes on the run attempting to prove its' existence. A former ally of Padme's returns with a scheme that leaves the galaxy's banks in the balance. And a new lead on the missing Jedi Sifo-Diyas leads to Yoda taking a pilgrimage deep into the Force to discover if there is a path to victory for the Light side itself.
