The Sliders arrive on a world where caffeine is outlawed, and they take jobs at a speakeasy owned by a woman whose lover was murdered by gangsters.

- Dirty Cop: Most of the police on this world are on the take.
- Eternal Prohibition: On this world, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and red meat are all banned.
- Girl of the Week: Angie for Rembrandt.
- One-Steve Limit: Averted. There's a cop named Wells and neither Rembrandt nor Maggie make any mention to their former companion with the same surname.
