Jen falls in love with Coach Halder's son, only to discover he's a jerk. Meanwhile, Jonesy is forced to work for Darth Mall after destroying an expensive speaker.—-

- Abhorrent Admirer: Nicki isn't happy to learn that the incredibly geeky Darth has a crush on her, especially when he turns out to be her blind date.
- Beauty Is Bad: Jen gets attracted to Cory's handsome looks, only to find out he's a self-centered jerk.
- Humiliation Conga: Jonesy is forced to work at the Stereo Shack, receives a humiliating wedgie from Darth of all people, which is recorded through a footage that got later broadcasted through the entire mall.
- Like Father, Like Son: Cory is muscular jock just like his father and is also very passionate about his love for sports.
- Sickeningly Sweet: In an attempt to make Cory break up with her, Jen invokes this trope by being very clingy and giving him embarrassing pet names. Sadly for Jen, it didn't work.
- Taking a Third Option: After accidentally breaking a large speaker, Darth Mall gives Jonesy two choices: he either pays for the speaker he broke, or he'll call mall security. Jonesy didn't have the money to cover for the speaker, prompting Darth to call mall security. Wyatt quickly stops him and offers another suggestion, which is to make Jonesy work at the store to pay off the speaker.
- Who's Laughing Now?: Darth gets back at Jonesy by beating him in a sword fight with lightsabers and even gives him a wedgie as revenge for the latter's constant bullying in middle school.
