Jerry begins dating a gymnast but begins having second thoughts due to said gymnast not performing well...in bed. George eats out of the trash of his new girlfriend's mother and in the process. Kramer contracts a kidney stone. Elaine's employer becomes obsessed with Kramer's 3D image, but that becomes the least of Elaine's worries when she questions the new name of her company when they merge with another business.
